YouTube has a lot of Atashinchi episodes. I’m not learning Japanese but I always thought these episodes could help someone learn Japanese. :D!

I think middle school and high school shows use more words that I know than shows for adults and easier grammar. I like Haikyuu, Fruits Basket, and After School Dice Club.
The Ghibli movies have fairly simple Japanese to go through – top rated ones.
Otherwise, if you can stomach it, there are several series of Terrace House that is just everyday conversation which is probably the most common and useful language to learn.
