Knife sharpening class in English in Tokyo, Hiroshima, Kanazawa?

Title. I got the sharpening stones, I got the quality knives. I’m just lokking for a short beginners class to learn how to take care of my knives. Plenty of youtube channels out there, but I’s just like to get some in-person instruction. Ane advice on where to start?
