I've been looking at Michelin star restaurants and there are just so many! I'm also not sure if I'll really know the difference. I went to a Michelin Star omakase restaurant in Chicago and it was amazing, will it be that different in Japan? Or is all the sushi so good that I may as well not spend the time and money for a reservation.
Looking for something upscale, memorable, and (of course) tasty. There are 7 of us attending in all.
