Japanese Encephalitis Vaccines for Tourists

Hi,

I am traveling to Japan for the 2nd half of July before continuing to SE Asia. I am looking to get vaccinations for Japanese Encephalitis once I arrive in Japan for the 2nd portion of my trip. I have found a few clinics where I can make bookings to receive said vaccinations, but would like to know if they may request additional documentation or decline my request when I arrive.

Essentially, I would like to hear if anyone else has experience doing this and how I may best prepare.
