I use GTN mobile on a 10gb plan, it’s pretty basic but cheap and good for what I need, but my phone bill this month is up from ~2,200 yen to ~11,100 yen! On my app it says I owe ~9,700 yen for “overseas call charges”. and it’s specifically dated to April (the “month of use” is the 4th). I facetime my family about once a week but it’s always on home wifi and not my phone data. I don’t really call anyone, especially not to the extent of 9k… does anyone know what might explain it or if there’s a way of waiving it? I’m also lost as to why I’m getting charged with it now in June if it’s a charge for April…
