Can I just Vibe at Tokyo at Sea Disney?

Hi! Going to Japan early October and on the second to last day of my trip Sunday, I am planning to go to Disney Tokyo at Sea and I am wondering if it's really worth for me to get there really early. I live in CA and been to Disney/ California a bunch of times and honestly I can skip a lot of the rides, maybe just interested in Tower of Terror and 20,000 leagues under the sea. I seen TikTok's where there is a huge mass of people an hour before opening and I'm not into that.

I guess what I am asking, is it still possible to visit the park and just vibe, eat, shop, etc. without having to get there extremely early and feel like I have to "go, go, go!"?

Also, realistically how long does it take to go through the park if I did not get on any rides? I wonder if it is as big as California Adventure or smaller?
