Can someone help me understand this sentence?

I'm going to be translating about a 3rd of an LN soon and I'm trying to read the first parts of it in Japanese instead of the fan translation. I've been able to understand it so far with a dictionary and ichi.moe but I'm stuck on this sentence. 頼れるとするなら、あとは私の頼りない肉と骨、腑と臓。DeepL translates it as "If I can rely on them, the rest is my unreliable flesh and bones, guts and organs." and the fan translation says "All that I had left to rely on now was my own flesh and bone, my own blood and guts." When I try to figure it out on my own I keep getting something similar to the MTL, even though I'm sure that the fan tl is more accurate based on context. What am I missing?
