Looking for advice and tips on my path to move to Japan:

Upon my research, I think I am eligible to apply for the third-generation descendant visa in Japan. I'd love to my path to Japan and know what steps I can do now to help my application.

Here are the requirements:
https://www.moj.go.jp/isa/applications/status/longtermresident_01.html

  1. I have an uncle who lives as a permanent resident in Shizuoka. I am okay with living with my uncle for some time if I have to and if it would be more beneficial for my application. But I aim to be closer to Tokyo int he future as there are more opportunities there for my career. If i decide to stay with my uncle, is it hard to move to another city after some time? Would it be better to process my visa to the city where I really wanna live?
  2. I self study Japanese and I would say I am at an N4 level but I do not have any JLPT certificates. (I only have one certificate for a 150hour N5 level class). Should I focus on studying Japanese and reviewing for JLPT and be certified N4?
  3. I currently work freelance as an illustrator and i have clients from different countries. If possible, Id like to keep doing freelance and do part time work instead. would this be possible? or not ideal? Is it better to just get a full-time job?
  4. Do I apply for jobs through online? Should I be applying in person instead when I go to Japan for vacation on November?
  5. Should I be looking for a job that sponsors visa? What do I tell potential employers while applying? Can this be done for part time work?
  6. I have emailed some immigration lawyers for inquiry. For those who have experience with them already, when I meet the lawyer, which requirements should I already have with me? Do they already have to be complete? Do i need to find job first then got to a lawyer or the other way around?
  • I will be going to Japan just for vacation this November, but I would love to do what I need to do already when I am there. I have not set a hard target date of when to apply and move as I am still saving up for my move and improving my Japanese skill. But if possible, I would like to move to Japan around next year. Would love to ask advice on what should I be doing right now and when I visit Japan that can help my application.

I apologize for asking so much questions. But I am trying to get as much research as I could and plan the best I could Thank you in advance!
