When restaurants say a broth is pork or chicken based is there often still shellfish in the stock?

I have an oral allergy to shrimp (tested zero for an actual allergy to all forms of shellfish twice) and I try to avoid it because it’s not super comfortable when eating.

When trying to look up noodle shops, I see some that are tonkotsu or chicken based broth, is that the extent of ingredients or would shellfish still be included? I would ask them in person before ordering but am trying to get a sense of the likelihood of me visiting the restaurants I’m saving if they still have a shellfish stock.
