Hello Filipinos in JP,
My wife(F 28) who works as an Instructor in JP and I (M 25) got married pretty recently, and don't have a PSA Marriage Certificate yet.
We have other requirements to get a Certificate of Eligibility in Japan and Local Civil Registry Marriage Certificate.
We had an extensive research regarding this, but don't yet have an answer if the Immigration office would take the Local Civil Registry MC for the application of the Certificate of Eligibility.
We found that in Japan Embassy here in the PH would take LCR Marriage Certificate + Negative Certificate issued by PSA in this website https://www.ph.emb-japan.go.jp/itpr_en/00_000035.html
Do you have any Idea if this is acceptable for Certificate of Eligibility application?
