I recently moved to japan and have been looking around for a Martial arts/mma gym, while looking around I saw a few comments which were years old that recommended Hearts MMA shinjuku. So before I committed to the gym I just wanted to ask if its still good and if youve been there, are there any classes in English? Although I understand japanese, speaking it gives me a lot of troubles and would preferably want the claases to be in English.
