My friends and I are planning to do a day trip from Nagoya to the Nakatsugawa region to see the country side, but due to scheduling issues the earliest we can get to Nagoya station is around 12pm.
Because of the time constraints we won't be able to do the Magome to Tsumago track as the last bus leaves at 530pm.
We figured that the most plausible way to do this would be to take the train/bus to Magome, then make our way back to Nakatsugawa on foot as the last train leaves at 10pm, giving us plenty of time.
Is the hike from Magome to Nakatsuga scenic? Will we be able to see a lot of the countryside?
