Allergy testing (specific igE in blood) in Japan for more than 39 allergens?

In US and UK there are specific igE tests available that test for allergy to hundreds of substances, however in Japan I am completely unable to find any such tests that test for more than 39 substances. Are such tests completely unavailable in Japan?
