Are there any similar resources like Human Japanese?

I have already finished the free trial version of the app, and I really liked how it teaches Japanese. But before I cave in and buy the full version, are there any other similar resources that teach Japanese in a similar, friendly way?

  1. Satori Reader is made by the same team. It’s a subscription service, but you do get limited access for free as well.

  2. I’m doing Busuu and Human Japanese simultaneously, they feel pretty complimentary imo. You’re learning slightly different phrases and words, but at the same level and pace. Though Busuu is $79.99 a year, whereas HJ is $10 for life. If you’re curious though, I have a few referral codes for a 30 day trial of Busuu if you want to give it a go. Just toss me a DM!

    I also have a roadmap for my own studies and what resources I’m going to be using in the future in tandem with others as I progress that I can share as well!
