I plan to rent a car for a day or two in November, i have a 5 year old driver's licence, but in my current country, Romania, it costs like 300-350 usd to get an IDP ( some automobile club is the only authority that is allowed to give them out and they are quite pathetic to charge that much). But yes, i plan to rent through booking com a rental and curios if anyone was allowed to rent with just their driver's licence. Thanks!
