What IC card to get in Narita now that Pasmo Passport is discontinued?

I just found out that Pasmo Passport is now unavailable and they don't sell Welcome Suica at NRT, where I will be landing. My parents don't use iPhones so they will need physical IC cards.

My trip is in 2 days and I'm freaking out 🙁 Any tips? Thank you!!
