If there was one Buddhist temple you would recommend seeing in Kyoto, which one would you choose? We have a day in Kyoto and wanted to check out one Buddhist temple for sure, and I’ve been seeing a lot about Kinkaku-Ji as well as Kiyomizu-dera. Alternatively, I’ve also heard a lot of great things about Todai-ji temple too in Nara which was also a potential option.
I know it’s hard to pick just one out of so many good options, but if you had to choose, which Buddhist temple would you recommend going to? Any help would be much appreciated thank you so much :))
