Was buying some sushi grade fish today for dinner and saw this cut that didn't look like salmon for a seemingly cheap price. Tag says centre cut salmon from a Chile/Canada farm (which I don't understand) but it looks more like tuna, but still different than the tuna I bought at the top of the picture. Any ideas what I have?
