19. You should have to show your face, and appear without any makeup or alteration. This is absurd and embarrassing. We had a guy in Kyoto running for mayor earlier this year that was put in as a spoiler, and no one even knew what he looked like. No pictures at all. LDP probably just made him up. Shameful.
