Looking to buy and update my fathers Toyota Land cruiser panel.

Hi,

My father owns a 2004 model Land cruiser. The panel in the center of the dashboard has been spoilt for many years. Also it was in Japanese. Is there a place one can visit in Tokyo and buy a latest replacement?

Also was wondering how expensive are alloy wheels in Japan as compared to the USA. Is there a specific area to buy them?
