My Dinner tonight from one of the more “trendy” places by me (5 piece salmon sashimi, Negi Tori nigiri, seaweed salad and “Monkey Brains”). Their Salmon sashimi is always so buttery and melty. My first time trying the appetizer of “Monkey Brains” which is tempura avocado with crab, spicy mayo and masago inside and eel, sriracha and spicy mayo sauce. It’s pretty good! I prefer my straight forward fish with a little garnish but I also like to explore every once in awhile 🙃
What new sushi 🍱 type, fish 🐠 or dish 🍛 have you tried recently that you would recommend to the fellow sushi and seafood lovers here?
