Hi!
I'm planning on going to Tokyo in august and wondered if anyone had any recommendations?
I'm going with my aunt and uncle and we all like :
– history or art museums
– food (lol)
– coffee shops or cafes
– places to hike
– historical sites
– thrifting or flea markets
We might try to go to the studio ghibli museum and I'm planning on just seeing what coffee shops I can find around our hotel but if you have any favorites or recommendations I'd love to hear them! I've only ever gone to two other countries and in both places I was with people who lived there. Although one I just went on google maps and looked in the area of my Airbnb for food and coffee.
We might also do a day trip outside of Tokyo if you have any suggestions for that!
Edit: thank you all for actually giving me stuff 🥲🥲 I'm not sure where I posted last but everyone kept saying "you need to be more specific" even though I just asked for recommendations on all the places I mentioned in Tokyo. They also kept telling me to look it up myself? Which I can but I'd like recommendations from others…. thank you!!
