Have a new opportunity to work remotely and company willing to either pay me through my LLC or as a W2. Tried looking through some other posts but not getting a good feel which way might be more advantageous with me currently in Japan. Even if you just refer me to a different Reddit post where this has been covered that would be awesome or a direct answer is also amazingly appreciated.
