Hello, I can't use the SmartEx app on my phone but I was able to create a membership on the pc's website (the app's not available in my country). This is very likely a dumb question but, can I print the ticket QR codes at home and use them at the JR stations or do the QR codes are only available through the app? (I'm talking about the QR codes that actually have the tickets so that you go directly to the gates).
If it's not possible, can I then print at home the second type of QR code, the one that you use at the ticket vending machines to print the blue/green tickets?
Or can I access the QR codes using the mobile website on my phone instead of using the app?
Edited because I wanted to add another question. Does SmartEx used one QR code for all the tickets or does it generates one for each passenger?
