Was planning to stay in Osaka from 22-23 and then 3 full days in kyoto from 24-26 but then found out the Tenjin matsuri was happening around the time we are in kyoto. Is it worth going back to Osaka during the day we had planned for kyoto just for the festival? And what would be the best and fastest way to go from Osaka to kyoto?
