Questions on navigating health in Tokyo (LDL, nutrition, work out)

I would love to get some recommendation on getting a personal trainer, nutrition panel, english speaking internal clinic.

It is my first year living in Tokyo and I just got my health check back – I scored 189 on LDL; For context I am 49.9kg …

I had high LDL ratings pre pandemic but managed to keep it to less horrible levels when I cut out animal fat and jogged for awhile. Pandemic changed my life for the worse.

My doctor gave me two months to try to get the LDL down asap before I am put on meds.

I will try to get back to exercising, but i have injuries on my knees now. I think jogging will be hard, I am looking for a trainer to help me get active without giving further damage. If anyone has a trainer to recommend would love to know more!

Also considering to do a nutrition panel as I am not sure what my body is missing at this point. Compare to my peers I seldom drink soft drinks and stay quite clear from fry food but perhaps my body is missing out on something. If anyone has recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
