Can someone identify this dish/appetizer?

Hi all. I posted the same thing yesterday without a photo, sorry about that. Here goes: I had a wonderful dining experience at a sushi bar and as I explained to the “sushi roller” I would like to experiment with raw fish he made this appetizer for free. Does anyone know what it is? Picture attached
