I was searching for 一戸建て with parking space but when I check the parking it always shows parking is separate even tho it has a parking space, and even some show parking space is about 100 meters away in a Times, etc. parking spot. Is this normal? Why is the parking space treated as a separate entity from the housing itself? For example, this one has a separate fee of 27000. this one has a fee of 20k and this one has a separate fee of 33k . For example, can someone else come and park in front of my house if I decide to live in one of these places?
