vegetarian must haves? specifically with protein

im new to reddit please my automod notifications are crazy

i am a vegetarian kinda weightlifter and i am having crazy issues getting my 160 grams of daily protein. any secrets in famima or sebun i can grab and go? or restaurants, easy meals with convenient super market ingredients. i am no longer veryyyy strict vegetarian as i would have starved to death by now, so i eat things like gelatin, non-vegetarian cheeses, and meat based broth sometimes (if i cannot see the dead animal it isnt there mentality).

every time i look up 'easy vegetarian recipes' i get things i cannot find *easily* in japan, and i am not really wanting to travel 30 minutes there and back to find tortillas or hummus (this weeks failed recipe attempt)

EDIT: i've been vegetarian for 6 years, one of those years being here in japan. so refrain from comments telling me its impossible/i need to change my diet
