Noisy tourists in short-stay apartment on my floor – tenant rights?

Living in a mansion. The room a couple doors down is used for short-term rentals. Naturally, this means tourists, and naturally, this means I get woken up a lot by idiots talking very loudly in the hallway in the middle of the night. I usually lean half my fat hairy naked carcass out the door and tell them to urusei the fuck up but I'd rather not have to deal with it personally. Does anyone happen to know if there's any tenant rights I can leverage here? AFAIK the building is owned by one company, managed by another (to which I pay my rent) and the short-stay rooms are "operated" by a third company – although I don't know if they're related to either of the above and I can't get a straight answer out of the management company.

Any advice appreciated!
