MMoving to Japan

Do USA PhDs have the opportunity to directly get a tenure or work in Japanese academia?

I am a PhD student in USA, my major is computer engineering specifically IoT and wireless network .I recently go to Japan because of my fascination about history of Sengoku jidai especially Toyotomi Hideyoshi. And the experience is so marvellous that make me think to stay here forever.(maybe also because of I am east asian looking so that I can fit in crowd without being stared).
I want to know if I have the chance to directly get an associate professor position in Japanese universities or other jobs that can make contribution to japanese acadamia after I get my PhD degree in USA?
