Tax implications of gifting foreign property to spouse

Hi everyone. I am currently a Japanese resident and own a propery abroad. I wish to gift the property to my wife, who is not Japanese and a non-resident. I know that there are no capital gains tax and inheritance tax on gifts of property to spouses in the country the property is located but will I be liable for any taxes in Japan?
