Is Rakuten mobile service down ?

1. Tried restarting phone/ removing sim but it doesn’t work either.

4. Maybe this is the same thing that happened to au mobile provider. Suddenly service is down last month i think. Is rakuten under au docomo or softbank

5. Same in West Tokyo. Down on iPhone and iPad for about two hours and portal says “データ読込エラー”

8. Yeah I lost signal around that time too. But got it again 3 minutes ago.
   Edit: and then I lost signal again and only got back in as 12:50 lmao

   I thought I just fucked up something (i use with portable wifi, not with mobile)

   Guys, for mobile sim I recommend LINE MOBILE INSTEAD. They have an on-going promotion of free 1 year just like rakuten. Using it now thats why i have internet.

   I use rakuten wifi as I subscribe to their free 1 year before and just decided to keep it as other one i used before (wi-max) was also slow anyway.

12. Still no service in Nagoya. Been completely down for 1.5 hours so far.

16. It’s Rakuten so probably.

17. +1 in tachikawa, 4G connected but no traffic

18. Really? I have Rakuten Mobile and I haven’t had any problems. It must be a service location problem.
