Hey ! I’m an incoming exchange student in Tokyo and i’m figuring out my housing. I have the choice between living in the south of Bunkyo or Chiyoda. I will go to Waseda University. Right now I feel like I slightly prefer Chiyoda for the proximity to the center, but I don’t know much. What do you think ?
