I hate to use this word because of various connotations, but has anyone else experienced fatshaming once they moved to Japan?
In my home country people would always comment how skinny I was despite always eating truckloads every meal, but in Japan many people (including my boss) have directly felt the need to comment on my look weight-wise.
(I am Asian descendant so luckily fatshaming isn't new to me.)
