Where can I get wall paint color matched?

So some of the paint just peeled off the walls after I took down some posters in my apartment. Where should I go to get paint to repaint it? I have the paint that peeled off saved, in the USA I would just go to Lowe’s or Home Depot but I’m not too sure where to go here. Any suggestions? I kind of need help ASAP 😭
