Confused on Business/Startup visa

Hi!! I am an aspiring fashion designer. I adore japanese fashion specifically so I think its a good idea to design in Japan. I am a little too young to be planning out how to get a whole visa, I'm in highschool so no degrees in anything yet, but I am definitely planning to get the highest education I can in fashion design and japanese language.

My question is on how this field works in Japan/in general. If I were to start my own fashion business, would I contact a company and send in things for them to "give" me a company? I know that Liz Lisa used to be under another company for example. (I'm not quite sure what for and I cant find anything on it anymore).
Or would I get the requirements (5million yen or 2 employees, approved business plan, physical office space) for a business manager/startup visa and just invent my own? I'm unsure on which is the norm. I've made sure to do lots of research but I always get to dead ends when it comes to this. Thank you!!
