gogonihon said they shared the erfs file, but i cannot find it anywhere. someone please help, i dont know what to do im getting radio silence and my application seems to be glitching.

So i got an email saying the school issued my erfs, and that i check to see thw file shared with me, couldnt find at anywhere whatsoever. They have been radio silent currently as well. My gogo nihon application randomly because incomplete and i had to add something editional to the application in the “health” section before i could submit it again. Im hoping ob monday i get a response, but if i dont, i think my portal is probably broken
