Im going to Japan with my boyfriend for 3,5 weeks in October and we'll end our trip with 1 week in Okinawa from end-October into the first week of November. Originally, we decided on Ishigaki as we've been wanting to go there forever, but now we're rethinking our decision since we'll be going off season and instead go to Okinawa Main Island. We might not get the same experiences in terms of nature, beach, etc. but then we'll have the city life, cultural and culinary experiences, etc.
I would be sad not to go to Ishigaki cause it's been on my bucket list for a looong time, but at the same time I don't know if it's worth going in "off season"?
