To my surprise I have a few software engineer interviews for offices around Tokyo lined up for companies that are willing to sponsor a visa for my skillset.
What are some questions I need to be asking during these interviews as it relates to working conditions, expected hours, oncall, etc? I don’t want to come across rude, so how would I go about asking the equivalent of “I want to make sure you’re not going to work me to death”?
