Camping grounds with equipment rental and accessible with public transport?

I know there are a lot of camping grounds with great views of Mt Fuji and wanted to spend a night there.

Do you know any that can be accesible by public transport and have tent rental? I can't seem to find one that has both and has nice views.

Any other campsite in other places of Japan, but with those characteristics will be great help too to search for alternatives. We also plan to have a hike on our trip and a hike with overnight at a campsite would be great!
