Moving to a 3LDK Apartment in Mejirodai, Bunkyo on the 3rd Floor with No Elevator – Family with a Baby. Thoughts?

We recently saw a very nice apartment, quite spacious (3LDK, 68 m²), in a new building located in the beautiful Mejirodai in Bunkyo with a rent of 250,000 yen/month. The price is quite attractive considering the area, but the inconvenience is that it’s on the third floor with narrow stairs. We’re worried that it would be quite challenging to move up and down with a small baby, especially as he gets heavier. We have already submitted the application, but we can always withdraw it. Should we move in or wait for another apartment? We currently live in a small 35 m² apartment, which is too tight for us, so we would like to move ASAP. Our budget is 250,000 yen/month max, and we want to live in the Bunkyo/Iidabashi area.
