I recently opened a new NISA account through PayPay Securities, but I'm facing some challenges. They do not have a web version where I can use the browser translation feature to see the details of my NISA account.
I need to use their app which is in Japanese and there is no language settings either.
Given this situation, I'm considering transferring my NISA account to Rakuten Securities or possibly SBI. I've heard that Rakuten has a more user-friendly web version, which would definitely help with navigation and managing my investments more effectively.
So here is my question: How straightforward is the transfer process?
For context, I haven’t made any investments yet—just opened the NISA account. Any insights or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated!
