My teeth are kinda sensitive and use a combination of Sensodyne (Shumitech here) and Crest 3D White as recommended by Dentist back home, which has been really helpful.
Can anyone recommend a local alternative for Crest 3D White, no alcohol in it? Much appreciated.

You could buy sensodyne from amazon.com not jp. They ship to japan though will take a bit more time than usual
