What websites do you use to decide on a restaurant in Japan?
I'm always wondering how foreign tourists decide where to eat
and what restaurants to go to.
Sometimes we see long lines at restaurants that aren't popular and that we wouldn't even go to.
Last year, I and my husband went to a restaurant in Kyoto.
We didn't check any reviews, but there seemed to be many people inside, so we thought the restaurant is popular and good.
But once we entered, we noticed that there were only foreign tourist inside.
And the meals were horrible.
We've never eaten that horrible dinner in Kyoto.
Can someone please tell me some recommended sites that overseas travelers refer to?
I' m just curious about the reviews of that restaurant, and other restaurants, too.
