Since i cant post a picture I’ll try to explain what it looks like. Just now my internet suddenly cut off, I wasn’t sure why until i checked the wires and saw the wire was exposed due to it bending i guess. The wire in question is the white wire that connects the internet to my house coming out of the wall to my wifi modem/router. My question is can this wire be bought on stores like edion or do i have to contact docomo for this matter

If it’s the fiber line coming in from outside your pretty much screwed, you’ll have to contact Docomo. If it’s just an Ethernet cable, you can buy a new one and replace it yourself.

then yes. if one end is in the wall permanently then you’d need to call docomo to get it replaced. if both ends are a plug then just carefully unplug and put new
