How to order a cab / taxi as a non japanese speaker ?

Hi dear sub ! 3rd time in Okinawa this summer. I'll need to reach a place from the prefectural office to Shimabuku. I've been told that getting a taxi is the best way but I have no clue how to get one, and the only companies websites I've found are all in japanese
Any help will be welcome !
