I’m a teacher in Belgium (theater, but I can also teach English) 26M, and considering moving to Japan. I know it’s all very logistic, but right now, in Belgium, I make 2300 euros a month for almost a full time job, being 19h a week. A full time teaching job in Belgium is 21h a week. Would the work pressure be so much higher than in Belgium? Or would I have to work way more for the same wage? I’m just wondering, because I just started considering the move, as, after some time in Japan, I really love it here.
Edit: I have a master’s degree in Drama and in education, though I don’t know if those will hold up in Japan.
