Hey guys, I have already read most posts about this subject, both in this sub and others. I still have a couple of questions about specific details.
I plan on taking 22 capsules of 50mg Lisdexamphetamine for a 16 day trip in case of unforeseen circumstances, so I'll be filling out the export document as well.
I know you can't get an actual "refill" for Lisdexamphetamine, but I'm going to call an individual 1 month supply a refill.
- Does the prescription paperwork that I submit to the Japanese Narcotics Control Department have to be for *THE* exact refill I bring into the country? I'm able to have my pharmacist print off paperwork for the refill I just recently picked up, but I don't have access to the refill paperwork that I'll be picking up in October, when I'll be going. I want to get this permit paperwork submitted as far in advance as I can.
- Basically the same as question 1, but for the Medical Certificate I get from my doctor. If i had the doc write off on a medical certificate, but the certificate's date of issue was today, would that be a problem? The medicine and dosage will be exactly the same in October as it is today.
- Do I have to print out the form, photocopy it, and then e-mail it to them? Would it be a hassle for them if I fill out the form on my computer and insert my written signature electronically?
- Are they going to be especially picky with the photos of medication packaging? Can I take a photo of the labeled medicine bottle and an individual capsule, or do they want to see the bag it comes in with the stapled RX papers and all?
Thank you for reading my certified Vyvanse post.
