Comparing 2019 or newer model Alphard

Looking to get either a
2019 Alphard HEV SR with around 20k km
Versus a newer model.

For those that know would it be worth the increased price (+1-2 million yen) for a newer model?

Is there a particular type (trim level, etc) of Alphard I should be looking at?
